Now Hiring - Sales Support in Gardena, CA

Rock Mill Tile & Stone company seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. We're looking for someone who is flexible, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, with excellent communication and superior follow-up skills. Must be outgoing with a can-do personality. Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Time Management and mathematical skills are imperative.

Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support. Must be computer literate and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook a MUST. Warehouse operations knowledge is preferred. Familiarity of Enterprise QuickBooks is a PLUS. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Learn Rock Mill Products & have solid knowledge of calculation of square footage measurements

*Assist customers at walk-up Will Call window & coordinate their needs with warehouse

* Maintain updated Will-Call Order log daily

*Create / Process / track Sales Orders and corresponding Purchase Orders

*Communicate with Sales rep & Customer. Collect deposits, balances & signed Quote / Sales Order

*Work with Accounting to track deposits for special orders

*Monitor order and track product delivery

*Coordinate freight quotes and shipping with warehouse

*Ensure orders arrive and are delivered timely to customer to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

*Assist Purchasing on special order materials when needed.

*Organize and maintain files.

*Process hold request & sample request as needed.

*Create RMA with proper approvals

*Relay ETA/pricing to sales rep

*Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
